Dear Gobar Times Readers,

p59.jpg Events of Sept 11 shook up the world. I also pondered...why? My wanderings and ponderings have made me collect a whole lot of information. Unproveable maybe, but if indeed true, then a very disturbing story emerges. So is there a connection between the annual production of 50,000,000 automobiles worldwide and terrorists? It seems there is. It’s oil or petroleum. You may wonder how...

The world needs oil to power its economic engines. Tonnes and tonnes of it. There are huge deposits of oil under the earth’s surface. The only problem is that it is distributed unevenly across the world. So whoever can get hold of this black gold becomes rich and powerful. Governments, mega companies and militaries across the world are locked in a not-so-nice battle for this black, slick and gooey stuff.

On an average 15,000,000 cars and trucks are manufactured and sold in the United States every year. The United States uses the most amount of petroleum in the world, and they need to seek it from beyond their borders. Not just the US alone, but all nations of world are locked in a bitter struggle for this black bounty...

All this, so that we have better technologies to protect us from hostile human and natural enemies. The more we try and make ourselves ‘secure’, the more vulnerable we are becoming. Something has to give way...
