The Ashoka Trust for Research in Ecology and Evnironment (ATREE) does exciting tours to explore the diversity of plants and animals. Pravah

Inheritance India (Mumbai)
Conducts ‘eco-tours for groups of 8-10 people to help raise awareness and educate people about conservation. Contact: 022–30901718/24145225

Wildrift

Apart from these one can also contact the National Museum of Natural History, National Bal Bhawan and the Department of Science and Technology, which organise a lot of interesting tours in various parts of India during summers.
