Early this month, top-notch ministers from 90 countries met in Montreal, Canada and tried to persuade each other to cut down the use of fossil fuels — oil, coal, petroleum. Because the CO2 level in the atmosphere is now higher than at any time in the past 650.000 years!! How did it come to this?
